Peel the oranges and cut the peel of the oranges into thin strips.
Beat the egg, yolk and 40 g sugar until warm, add the orange peel strips and add the Cointreau.
Whip 1/8 cream and then fold in the whipped cream, fill into moulds and freeze.
Peel the kiwis and then cut them into wedges.
Squeeze the remaining oranges and season with sugar.
Put the kiwis and the prepared orange marinade in a bowl, stir and chill.
