Sebastian is not only the hotel manager, but also the hotel chef, and he whips up special delicacies for you every day for our healthy gourmet cuisine. In the evening, he will surprise you with a healthy menu of choice that he prepares exclusively for your enjoyment.
In the spirit of the environment
In September 2024, after a long certification process and after fulfilling all criteria, our hotel was awarded the ‘EU Ecolabel’ and the ‘Austrian Ecolabel’. We try to do our part for sustainability and environmental protection. You can find out more about this in the menu item ‘Karwendel Green’.
