Relief for the spine

Discussions, meetings, hours of work in front of the computer!
Sometimes a day at work can really be long and strenuous!
Especially when there seems to be no chance for an energising break in sight.

We recommend some relief for the spine:
1.)    While sitting, position yourself closer to the edge of your chair
2.)    Flatly place your hands palms down on the seat next to your thighs
3.)    Breathe slowly and naturally
4.)    While you exhale, press your hands down and lift yourself slightly off the seat. Keep this position for a short moment.

5.)    Exhale while lowering yourself.
6.)    Pause and then repeat this exercise a total of 5 times.

Your intervertebral disks are relieved and the spine relaxes!
