Your stay will begin with a consultation with our experienced Anti-Stress-Coach, Gernot Post.

During this discussion your individual stress triggers will be analysed. He will then create a personal anti-stress programme based on your individual stress profile and be one hand to offer support during your stay.

The programme is based on a broad spectrum ranging from exercise in the fresh air, relaxation massages, relaxation training to kinesiology treatment. Our qualified kinesiologist, Andrea Seipelt, will be on hand to provide competent support.

Guided brain walking and brain cross country ski in winter contribute significantly to the reduction of stress levels and the activation of self-healing powers.

Both are associated with sensory perception of motion, concentration, attention and the experience of environment and nature. Special emphasis is placed on linking the two halves of the brain. The analytical-rational left side of the brain is activated, as is the right side of the brain with which we express our creativity. Regular exercise increases flexibility of thinking, information can be processed faster. Many varied exercises while walking or cross country skiing truly stimulate the soul. Negative thoughts will disappear and make room for new positive energy.

Gernot Post – Your Anti-Stress-Coach
… has been a valued member of our hotel team for the past two years. His extensive knowledge on physical and mental well-being is an enhancement to our house.
This certified massage therapist, mountain hiking and Nordic walking instructor, qualified wellness and fitness trainer has devoted himself to one cause in particular after completing his training: Stress prevention.
He will be on hand for our guests from the 6th December, not only as massage therapist and trainer, but in a supporting role as your Anti-Stress Coach.

Andrea Seipelt - Certified Kinesiologist:
... joined our team this year and is responsible for our in-house exercise and relaxation programme.
Her goal for our guests is to achieve balance in the body's own energy system, promote health and well-being and strengthen self healing powers.
Andrea Seipelt is a master Pilates trainer, cross country ski instructor, body and Cranial Sacral trainer. In addition to kinesiology therapy, her range of treatments includes Jin Shin Jyutsu, meridian movements, brain walking and brain cross country skiing.
